After the required documents are submitted and the registration payment is confirmed:

• A support team member will reach out to schedule an onboarding call.

• You will be guided through the rest of the setup process during the call.

• Once all required details and configurations are provided, AI Assistant setup may take up to 6 working days.

• Credit top-ups are usually reflected instantly upon successful payment.

• No physical shipping, delivery, courier, or logistics are involved.
